The structure no longer felt safe, the materials had weathered significantly, and the design lacked the modern functionality he envisioned. He dreamed of a refreshed outdoor space that was stylish, low-maintenance, and seamlessly tied together the deck and balcony. The Challenge

The existing deck and balcony required a complete rebuild to meet Andrew’s vision of a safe, durable, and visually cohesive outdoor area.

The original structure relied on aging footings, and the materials had deteriorated over time. We needed to retain and reinforce these footings to maintain structural integrity. Additionally, aligning the design of the deck with the balcony posed a unique challenge, requiring precise measurements and a coordinated approach to ensure a seamless and polished look.
