A: Absolutely! We believe in transparency, so we provide detailed, free estimates to help you plan your project with confidence.
Q: Are you registered and insured?
A: Absolutely. Local Unlimited is fully insured and registered to give you peace of mind throughout your project.
Q: How long does a typical project take?
A: Timelines vary depending on the scope of work. Small projects, like painting, may take a few days, while larger renovations can take several weeks. During our consultation, we’ll provide an estimated timeline for your specific project.
Q: Can I live in my home during the renovation?
A: In most cases, yes! We work to minimize disruptions and keep your home as functional as possible during the process. For larger projects that affect critical areas, like kitchens or bathrooms, we’ll discuss the best plan with you.
Q: Do I need to prepare my home before the project starts?
A: It depends on the project. For example, clearing furniture from rooms before painting or construction can speed up the process. Don’t worry—we’ll guide you through everything you need to do ahead of time.

Q: How do I book a project?
A: Booking is easy! Contact us via phone or email, or fill out work request form. We’ll set up a consultation and get the ball rolling.
Q: Do you offer financing options?
A: Currently, we do not offer in-house financing, however we do accept all major credit cards.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash, e-transfers, and most major credit cards for your convenience.
Q: What’s in your online store?
A: We’re launching a collection of unique, trade-specific t-shirts and merchandise designed for contractors and the trades. Stay tuned for updates!
Q: When will the store launch?
